The Major League Baseball offseason is heating up as some big-name players have signed with new teams.
Pitcher Blake Snell was able to reach a deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers, who signed him to a contract worth $182 million over five years.
However, everybody is still waiting on the main event, as the Juan Soto sweepstakes is awaiting a winner, with New York Yankees fans anxiously hoping that the star outfielder will rejoin the team.
MLB Insider Jon Morosi revealed when he thinks Soto will make his decision.
“I believe … that we will know where Juan Soto is going within the next 10 days,” Morosi said, via MLB Network.

While fans of all the teams reportedly pursuing Soto await his decision, Morosi said he believes it will come sometime during the winter meetings.
Soto reportedly has been in talks with the Yankees, New York Mets, Boston Red Sox, Toronto Blue Jays and Dodgers.
Morosi also mentions that Soto’s haul could surpass the $600 million mark if teams offer a deal similar to the annual amount of Justin Verlander and the contract length of Aaron Judge.
Soto had an incredible first season with the Yankees as he batted .288 with 41 home runs, 109 RBIs and a .989 OPS.
The superstar has not given any hint on where he is going to sign, but Morosi mentions that Soto appears to be narrowing down his list.
