The Detroit Lions are hosting the arch-rival Green Bay Packers on Thursday night in a matchup of NFC North powers.
While the Lions are 11-1 and holding onto the No. 1 seed in the NFC, they cannot afford to slip up.
Host Adam Schein believes Lions quarterback Jared Goff has to deliver for his team in prime time against a division rival.
“This is a monster game…Jared Goff needs to deliver tonight,” Schein said on Mad Dog Sports Radio Thursday.
“Jared Goff needs to deliver tonight.”@AdamSchein says the #Lions have little room for error with the Eagles, Vikings & Packers right behind them in the NFC.

If the Lions are going to win tonight, Goff has to play well.
So far this season, he has played like an MVP.
He has a passer rating of 109.0 and has not thrown an interception in eight of his last nine games.
The last time he faced the Packers was back on November 3rd.
In that game, he completed 81.8% of his passes and carved up Green Bay’s defense very efficiently and methodically.
He is going to have to do it again.
If he doesn’t and the Packers find a way to win on the road, Green Bay will split the season series with Detroit and pull to within one game of the Lions.
This game has the potential to be a blockbuster because of what both teams are capable of on both sides of the football.
But in the end, with this game being in Detroit, Goff himself will bear a lot of the pressure.
