The Baltimore Ravens were the best team in the regular season last year.
They don’t have the best record in the league this season, but even their biggest critic would agree that their best version is right up there with the best of the best.
NFL analyst Paul Hembo believes they have the greatest offense of all time.
Talking on ESPN Radio, he pointed out several numbers to back up his claim, adding that they’re currently on pace to have the highest yards-per-play average in the league’s history.

Needless to say, that’s a massive statement by Hembo.
He thinks that their combination of a historically great quarterback and historically great running back gives this team a chance to be one of the best.
To be fair, Todd Monken has also done an outstanding job of putting this offense together.
He took Greg Roman’s running game and gave them a new dimension by helping Lamar Jackson become a better and much more comfortable passer in the pocket.
The Ravens have proved they can put up points like the best on any given night.
Regardless of who they encounter, they’ve shown an ability to move the chains and reach the endzone quickly.
Then again, their biggest challenge will be to do so when it matters the most, as they’re too good to be so unsuccessful in the playoffs, especially with a multi-time MVP at the helm.
