Lambeau Field, the longtime home of the Green Bay Packers, is one of the most, if not the most, iconic arena in the NFL, and it has a special place in the hearts of many fans, even those who really dislike the Packers.
The arena is very historic, as it has been around since 1957 and has been the site of plenty of memorable moments and games, such as the 1967 NFL championship game, which is often referred to as the “Ice Bowl.”
On Thanksgiving, the Packers will host the Miami Dolphins at their hallowed home ballpark, and Dolphins linebacker Tyrel Dodson talked about how players need to respect the history and prestige of Lambeau Field, per FinsXtra.
? Tyrel Dodson on playing at Lambeau Field: “Every player knows in this league you have to respect the game – respecting the game is respecting Lambeau Field. Everyone knows what Lambeau Field comes with and it’s all about. You have to honor that.” #GoFins pic.twitter.com/UWzvleFznw

The Packers are 8-3 and have won six of their last seven games after a somewhat rocky start to the season, and they appear to be becoming the type of team people envisioned after their hot finish last season that got them to the brink of an NFC Championship Game appearance.
They likely aren’t true Super Bowl contenders, and they’re in just third place in the ultra-competitive NFC North, but they seem to be on the rise again after a drama-filled end to the Aaron Rodgers era.
Meanwhile, the Dolphins may be rising themselves after quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missed four games due to a concussion, and they’re currently on a three-game winning streak.
Their offense seems to be getting back on track, and perhaps they can mount a stiff challenge to a Packers team that is looking to take the next step in its development.
