The New York Giants have struggled to find consistency under head coach Brian Daboll.
After making the playoffs in his first season as head coach in 2022, the Giants have won just eight games overall since.
NFL insider Jordan Schultz believes Daboll is coaching for his job now.
“I would say that Joe Schoen is probably safer righ now than Brian Daboll. I think Brian, as it’s been clear to me, is coaching for his job over the last seven weeks,” Schultz said Wednesday morning on Fox Sports’s Breakfast Ball.

Ever since the height of Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning’s careers, this organization has struggled to assemble winning seasons.
Big Blue has had just one winning season in the last seven years and has not won a playoff game since 2011.
They have been through a handful of head coaches in recent years, and it looks like that trend could continue if Daboll and the Giants don’t end the season on a high note.
To be fair to Daboll, the organization failed to bring back the star running back Saquon Barkley in free agency.
With a disappointing record of 2-8 and having benched starting quarterback Daniel Jones, the team’s prospects are looking bleak.
Daboll and Co. will face a hungry Tampa Bay Buccaneers team on Sunday afternoon in New Jersey.
Daboll could be looking for a new opportunity elsewhere if this team loses many more times as the regular season ends.
