For years, Josh Allen’s name has been brought up when talking about the best players in the National Football League.
He’s often listed among the top five quarterbacks in the game, and as such, he’s been an MVP candidate multiple times.
Now, it seems like this will be the year he finally takes home the award.
As shown by NBC Sports Bet on X, Allen is the odds-on favorite to win MVP, and it’s not even close.
He currently has -400 odds at DraftKings Sportsbook, and though things could change in the final four weeks of the regular season, that’s not likely to have much of an impact on Allen’s chances at the award.

Saquon Barkley (+450), Jared Goff (+1000) and Lamar Jackson (+1000) currently round out the top of the race, but as great as they’ve been, the Bills star has been on an absolute tear for most of the season.
The Bills have lost three games, and even in those losses, Allen has been nothing short of spectacular.
He recently became the first player in NFL history to throw for three touchdowns and run for another three in the same game, and though the Bills lost to the Los Angeles Rams, he single-handedly led Buffalo to a 42-point outing.
Allen has drawn plenty of criticism for never reaching the Super Bowl, even though the Bills have been on the wrong end of some close and heartbreaking losses.
Perhaps finally winning MVP will be what he needs to turn around the narrative and get the respect he deserves.
