The Atlanta Hawks got the best of the New York Knicks on their own court.
Quin Snyder’s team is surging, overcoming a slow start to the season to climb closer and closer to .500.
Moreover, they’re heading to Las Vegas for the NBA Emirates Cup semifinal, and they’ve already secured a very lucrative bonus for reaching that stage.
The Hawks rallied in the second half to beat the Knicks, even leading by double digits at one point after trailing by as many as eight points.
In the game’s final seconds, Trae Young made sure to get on Knicks fans’ nerves one more time.
As shown by ClutchPoints on X, he pretended to shoot dice on the Knicks logo as a nod to his impending trip to Sin City.

Unsurprisingly, the fans still in attendance at Madison Square Garden roared and let him know about their discontent.
Young has been New York City’s public enemy No. 1 for years, but he has remained completely unbothered.
If anything, he seems to enjoy and embrace that villain persona, and he never wastes an opportunity to let Knicks fans know that he dislikes them as much as they seem to hate him.
That’s the kind of bragging rights the winner gets over the loser, and while some might feel he was disrespectful, it was all fun and games in the heat of battle.
The Hawks will now square off with the Milwaukee Bucks for a chance to win the big prize.
