The Denver Broncos have a tough task ahead of them.
They will hit the road to face the Buffalo Bills in the AFC wild-card round, and a familiar face will try to stop them.
Von Miller, who spent the first decade of his career with Denver, has been out of town for quite a while now.
Recently, he admitted that facing his former team in the playoffs meant a lot to him.
However, even though Miller said he hasn’t been to Colorado for years, he fully intends to return there at some point.
“I’ll make my way back to Denver,” Miller said, via DNVR Broncos. “All the greats do, from Peyton Manning to Champ Bailey to everybody. So if it’s good enough for ‘The Sheriff’ (Manning), it’s good enough for me.”

Miller was one of the best pass rushers in the NFL as soon as he entered the league.
He was the biggest difference-maker on the field in Denver’s Super Bowl 50 victory against the Carolina Panthers.
He then went on to hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy again with the Los Angeles Rams, and he’s now looking to win his third ring with a third team.
On his way to likely making the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a first-ballot inductee, Miller continues to defy Father Time with every snap.
While retirement could be just around the corner for most NFL players who are 35 years old, Miller still has three years left on his contract and hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down, though he is now used as a more situational player than an every-down defensive fixture.
So fans in Denver will have to wait for him a little longer, but he’ll be back someday.
