The Dallas Cowboys have found themselves in a difficult position through the first 10 weeks of the season.
Despite being one of the NFL’s best teams in the regular season last year, the Cowboys’ record has fallen to 3-6.
This team is almost always in the spotlight due to their historical prestige and presence as an international brand, and when they don’t play well, they are often heavily criticized.
While there are some obvious injury issues for this organization, fans and pundits believe the Cowboys should make some offseason moves, personnel-wise, that could help their chances of success moving forward.
Mike McCarthy is certainly on the hot seat, which could open up a job in Dallas unless he turns things around.
With this in mind, people have started to predict who the Cowboys might add as their next head coach, including Chris Broussard.
When talking on a recent segment of “First Things First” on FS1, Broussard said, “They should hire Deion Sanders.”

Some fans might scoff at this suggestion, as Sanders doesn’t have any experience coaching in the NFL.
Sanders has helped turn around the University of Colorado’s football team, which came on the heels of him making Jackson State a powerhouse.
He might not be a conventional coach, but the Cowboys might need to change things up if they want to make a splash in the 2025 season.
Sanders hasn’t necessarily expressed interest in leaving Colorado, but it might be hard to pass up an NFL job, especially with an organization like the Cowboys.
